  • We Provide the trailer, setup, and bar service while you provide the alcohol. It keeps things simple, flexible and budget - friendly. We serve the alcohol using TABC certified bar tenders.

  • About 20 feet long and 10 feet wide on a flat surface - easy to fit at most venues or outdoor locations

  • We are based in Kerrville, Texas but we can, and will, travel for your special day! Free travel included within a 30 - mile radius from Kerrville, Texas. After 30 miles, additional charges will be calculated at $2.50 per mile, each way.

  • No! We’re fully solar powered. No generators, no noise, just a quiet experience anywhere.

  • Yes, a deposit reserves your date and goes toward your total. The remaining balance is due before your event.

  • The trailer is weather - resistant, but we suggest having a covered backup space just in case. Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

  • Absolutely! Our trailer is perfect for mocktails, coffee bars, lemonade stands, or hydration stations.

  • Yes, we carry generable liability, liquor liability, and TABC certified bar tenders.

  • We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed with no additional fees as long as your new date is available.
